  • Action Items
      • 1) Determine ESU participation at School District Focus Interviews
        • At last Advisory Council meeting Superintendents indicated that the Focus Interviews are a good idea and indicate that the ESU is heading in the right direction.
        • Districts will be encouraged to choose who they would like, form their district, to participate in the interviews (i.e. staff, administration, parents, students).
        • Dates will be set with superintendents at February 28 Advisory Council meeting. Districts will also need to determine what time of day will work best for their establishment (i.e. morning, noon, night).
        • Determine who from the Leadership Team will be part of the Focus Interviews (3 per school district) and available dates/times in March-April that can be shared with superintendents
